Another newbie, another problem.

I have a diva cup size one (no births). I am 30 but i suspected the smaller one would fit now i am not so sure. It does not leak! However I cannot twrill it to ensure it opens correctly so the potential is there. It also is putting pressure on my bladder and urethra. So I always feel like I have to pee badly but have troubles getting a stream going and empting all the contents if my bladder. In addition my trouble urinating seems to be seeping in to non-period days where I often have to make more then one trip to the bathroom to fully empty my bladder. I have been using it for 5 months now. At first it I could pee just fine with it in each month it seema to get worse.

Is there anything that can be done? Should i just switch back to tampons?
