Rancid smell
I've been using menstrual cups for almost 2 and 1/2 years. I've owned a LadyCup for about a year and a half now. About a year ago while I was on a bus trip to Illinois and Missouri, I noticed my cup smelling absolutely foul. It was so rancid, I can't even begin to describe it. I'm guessing it's because I wasn't able to rinse it most of the trip because I was on a bus.
But now, I'm experiencing the exact same thing. Only this time I've been boiling it before and after every cycle and rinsing it out between uses. I've only had this problem with my LadyCup. I honestly doubt it's my blood, because this hasn't happened with my MCUK or Meluna small, but I could be wrong. How do I get the smell out?
