I am so glad I found this forum! I've just been through the same thing as kumaradosha (http://menstrual-cups.livejournal.com/3312416.html) was writing about. Yesterday I put my new Juju up for the first time ( Read more... )

Perfect suction holes tibra2014 August 18 2014, 09:30:58 UTC
I have now made some very perfect suction holes. - So far so good ...

This is how I did it:
I placed the cup as a hat on top of my skin tonic, which just fits in size. I used a dermal punch like the one kuradi8 have depicted. I didn't try to make the existing holes bigger as I was afraid that it would not go well. Instead, I made 4 new 2 mm holes. I could reuse the dermal punch.

I didn't manage to get a sharp image of one of the holes, but they are absolutely perfect, with no jagged edges. I have placed the new holes in the gaps between each of the four original holes.

I want to emphasize that I have no idea whether it has improved the cup or actually made it worse by possibly increasing the suction. I am hoping that it will allow air into the cup when I squeeze the base of the cup to break the suction seal, but right now I mostly feel like trying a different brand, since I can only find negative references from JuJu users with a high cervix.
