What constitutes a high or low cervix?

I always thought my cervix was rather high, but now I'm not so sure. It is about 6.5 cm in while I'm not on my period, and really does not deviate much from that depth. At some points, it does get a bit higher. My fingers are long, and I can reach it easily enough.
What say you all?
