diva squish

Hi there,

I recently bought a Diva cup but while I think It's popping open I'm not entirely sure. I don't "feel" it pop like I've read from some past entries, but it doesn't feel like it's folded either.

When I do some internal exploration while it's in there, the cup almost feels like it's being squished like a sandwich against my vaginal walls. It feels open, but does it squish down like that normally?

I also noticed I had some light spotting in the morning, does that mean it's leaking (and not popping), or that there was some blood already there beforehand that just found its way out?

I use the punch down method, if that helps at all.
