(no subject)
it seems that every day, new factors that make this potentially an excellent summer present themselves. it was already going to be, just being in the city with johnny. but my brother might come as well, and just the other day, maggie wrote me a facebook message suggesting a flat together. and my language skills have recently had a breakthrough to the point where my dream last night was partially in german, and i can now have conversation exclusively in german for a good amount of time, it is only very infrequently that i need to use a specialized word that i dont know, and have to say it in english.
to be honest, when maggie asked me what i thought about her concept of coming over, i was like
living in berlin
in a WG with one of my best friends, my brother, and maggie
in summer with nice weather
and being able to speak german while i do it
i mean to be honest its difficult to imagine a fantasy that would be better than that. it has long been the case that when i complain to myself about living here, or in general, it is: man, i love being in berlin (williamsburg, beiojing, etc) but i wish that i could magically get my favorite people to be here with me. oh well, i guess when you go to another continent at random you give stuff like that u. and now, 3 of my favorite people are coming to me literally. thats so awesome yo. plus hunter is in prague. plus every day i feel like i meet new people i like in the city. i feel so great.
