pldt customer service, you really are one heck of a fuckin lovable service people.

i dunno who or what to blame. despite the fact that this is the first time i had a major inconvenience with my pldt mydsl, it really is giving me a major major headache.

few days back before typhoon Frank, my phone line was so crappy it is giving a very bad grounded sound on the receiver. i asked my mom to call for a serviceman. he arrived three days after the inquiry but i wasn't around.

upon arriving from work, my mom told me a good news that my phone problem is fixed, even my landline unit is new. so that night i tried connecting to the net.

apparently after the repairs, my net eventually wasn't working... until now.

it's already the sixth day since i called again for a serviceman to fix my net problem and nine days after the initial inquiry for everything. it is giving me a hassle. what worries me is that despite the inconveniences, they might still urge me to pay the whole monthly bill of my dsl.

i hope they revoke the bill of my few days in hell. >.>
