Update
Wow, I guess I should write in this thing for the first time since May.
Not much new going on here. I've noticed lately I've spent a lot of time lurking on this site, and nothing has been updated or anything in months, so...yeah.
For those of you who don't know, I moved to a townhouse in New Britain in August with Troy, Maureen, and Carmine. In October Troy's bf Ryan joined us and we've made a little family. Jess crashes here more often than not.
I'm "working" two jobs right now. I put that in parentheses because I'm technically not working at all, seeing as my tutoring placement job lost its funding, and Williams-Sonoma will be laying me off in about a week and a half.
I found out today that I'm slated to graduate in May of 2009, when I'm twenty-five years old. I can apply for the Education program at CCSU as of September of this year, and I have to take PRAXIS II in the next few months. Other than that, school seems to be going okay. I had a rough semester in fall of '06, due to two months of undiagnosed pneumonia and the death of my cousin Kyle in December, but other than that, and the financial issue, I feel like I'm getting back on my feet.
We're still waiting to settle the lawsuit for the car accident I was in back in August of '05, which hopefully will be settled within the next few months. They promised us by January, but that's not happening, so we're on to the next step.
Nothing else really going on.
