Finals are coming
Well classes pretty much finished last Wednesday and I have my series of finals rolling off next week. The highest grades I can get are 3 A's and 1 C. I bombed my second test in accounting so bad. I just need to practice accounting a bit more to get that C since my professor teached it wonky with few examples.
I think it might be bad habit but I'm always thinking in terms of the future. I don't live too much in the present and most of the things I do are for where I hope to land from my present actions. So the current thought right now is looking for a graduate school for economics and topics for the master's thesis I might have to complete. Now that I think of it, after breaking the bonds of distractions like computer games, the Internet, and general lethargy, I'm mostly optimistic of where I'll go in life. There's always options, doors, and opportunity if I find myself in a shortcoming in my future sights.
My cable got cut but each month Dish Network offers free channel. We get the Science Channel, the Biography Channel, and the Fine Living Channel. The Biography Channel is oddly filled with paranormal stories which I don't mind, but I find uhh unbiographical. The Fine Living Channel has Iron Chef, Martha Stewart, and too many shows for the consumerist. The Science Channel is my favorite channel. It totally revitalized my unsatiety for science in general. There's a show on self-substained, enviromentally-friendly cities called Ecopolis premiering Monday which I'm totally stoked about watching.
