hey i found out what was making me unhappy! it just came to me it was right in front of me the entire time!
it was everyione in my family! i just realized it. they thought i shouldn't be taking stuff i well as i was and as calmly as i was. so i guess after half a year of their non stop interrogation i just subdued to thier demands! but now that i realize that i can do something about it.
