3 more days to a well deserved trip!

I booked the Boston lobster thermidor in advance.

It was really not easy to come to that decision. I have a difficult time choosing among the dishes on offer - most of which i have never heard of. And since this is my first time flying on suites, I better go for the best. I'm quite certain the in-flight cuisine may be better - but I really dont want to give my favourite lobster a miss.

Will definitely come back with a post-mortem on how to better evaluate the menu options when i return!

Right now, my top choice is the lobster thermidor!

"Lobster tail sauteed in butter, flameed in brandy, sprinkled with cheese, and served with creamy mushroom sauce, garlic and spicy mustard, and buttered asparagus."

I was actually drooling as I typed! Not sure if it's possible to order more than 1 meal from Book The Cook?

Having the clawed crustacean for supper is simply a manifestation of decadence. What to do - i need something to go with the good wine onboard.



If the selection onboard is going to be better than Book The Cook, I hope the crew would allow me to say no to my advance order and go for the better alternative!
