Dad said that since he did the shopping, I have to do the presentation. Do you have any idea how hard it is to sneak silently through stone corridors when you have hooves?
Anyway, I left presents for some of the most important people in our lives. I can't wait for them to find them.
For Auntie Eomer, we got
this. Dad said that he could always use more wall hangings with horses on them. I think that's really big of Dad, to give someone a tapestry that doesn't have him on it.
To Auntie Luthien, we're giving
these. Dad was a little flustered choosing something, and one of the silversmiths was kind enough to volunteer to make these for her.
For Alcawyn, we got this
shirt. See? That's her on the left and me on the right.
I told Dad we should get something for my aunties' other children, too, so we got
these to help keep them warm in winter.
When I mentioned giving Theodred something, Dad got a scary look in his eye like he does every breeding season. I managed to get
this. I hope he likes it. I'll be watching Dad very carefully in case he gets any funny ideas.
Finally, Dad and I shopped in bulk for all the Mearas and other horses we know.
Enjoy, everyone, but be careful not to make yourselves sick.
