Power out in parts of downdown most importantly in my part of downtown--- they closed the University! Yipeee! Day off! The news actually said we *may* be open tomorrow! **MAY**. Yes I am so mature.

Am I the only one who knows that when the lights are out you treat the intersection as a 4 way stop? Perhaps the ministry of Transportation needs to send out reminder flyers about these sorts of easily forgotten rules.
Snow not a problem as everywhere is plowed here but man is it cold. -20c (I think that's somewhere around -3f) with the wind chill making it -34c. Brrrrr is all I can say. I stayed in the car turning it on periodically to say warm while waiting for them to open the Uni this morning.
Now I am going back to bed with my copies of WotW and Wicked Games (yes I am still trying to recover from seeing the_leaky yesterday).
