Randomness plus potter/sims related
I was reading a fic the other day (okay yeah so I've read it everyday for a week, so what) and in it Snape is playing a sims game and he puts Harry, Hermione, Ron and Sirius in a room and then sets the room on fire! I laughed so hard and still do chuckle. I have people I want to do that to. I thought drowning was the only 'accident' you could arrange in SIMs. Now the question is... can you just buy the second one and set people on fire or can you do it with the first one? They need to make one where you can sim your office. Bet a lot of people would have fun with that, I know I would. The magic one lets you hex people and make potions :). I might just try sims out if I find a site that has Harry Potter people to add. Anyone know if they are out there? I did google for them but never found any.
The Remus/Sirius mix (not my main ship but I like it too) that _digitalangel made is really good and I don't usually like things like that. Even the Beatles choice is good and I mostly dislike the Beatles.
Week 2 of me knowing Viggo was in town and I still haven't seen him. Let me tell you looking at people is very unCanuck-like so I am expending a lot of energy, not to mention bravery, in this quest.

Now I remember why I stopped using Opera on my home PC. It stalls all the time. Doesn't do that at work so maybe it's a win98 issue.
I installed my new dvd burner and it came with the new funky version of power dvd. Hoping to test out the burner this weekend. I want to transfer all my data, back up really, to dvd. Then I intend to upgrade to Win2000. That's me cutting edge. Trouble is I am sure crappy old windows will wipe out my duel boot so I'll(that's the royal I'll as I am certain to muck it up and CG will have to save me) have to redo my linux install and that's a pain because it took forever to get that set up correctly.
