I work at Peter Kiewit. It's that big white building next to Mutual of Omaha at 35th and Farnam.

And it IS exciting.
Today, I slapped adhesive labels on dividers for a safety manual.
I cleared 300 labels in under an hour and a half.
This was a celebrational event.
Exciting?
You bet your best friend's pet monkey it is.

Have you gone home yet?

O by the way.... mendthepieces December 22 2004, 21:55:53 UTC
I forgot to mention, I have pictures.
Of you.
That's right.
I might use them to blackmail you someday; but I'll be generous since this is the Christmas season.
You can get a glimpse of them before I blow them up extra huge and post them on the cuming street billboard.
I'll even wear dark sunglasses and properly bring them in an unmarked manilla envelope....

They're pretty cute, actually.
If you want em, you know where to find me.

I <3 Huckabees...hmm...let me see..yes, isn't that the movie that, after seeing it, I called...hm...YOU????
;)
I saw it, and I was bowled over by its amazing-ness.
I would see it again. I think you were saying that too. It's one of those movies you almost need to see twice because it gets distracting the first time with all the stuff that's going on; I just know there is more subliminal messages in there I missed.
BTW: how'd you fare in Abrams' class?

I thought so, but I didn't want to guess wrong. dbkisdead December 24 2004, 09:36:11 UTC
I tried to see it with some friends tonight and failed, because I guess they only have 9:40 showings on the weekends. I'm one of the least practical people I know (sometimes).
I thought about calling you about it, but forgot. oh well, I think I'll try again when I get back the 3rd or 4th maybe.
and my grades: A is for Abrams's class, B is for Microeconomics!

Hm...well, thanks for thinking about me anyway...
If you want to see it when you get back after New Year's, let me know. We should do that. I'll bring the pics. (well, there's only one, really. I think Tighe said he'd "seen cuter", but I think he was just jealous)
Hmm..what is it with Micro? My Intro Micro class treated me about the same. But aren't you glad that's over?

P.S. GARDEN STATE IS OUT ON DVD TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
