Boyd Rice has finally accepted the role of High Preist of the Church of Satan, after Anton Lavey's death 13 years ago. As the only person Lavey felt truly qualified to lead the CoS after his death, Boyd has finally realized how far down those who have led in his place have taken the Church. His first act as High Priest is to dismantle the Church of Satan.
