...You seem familiar.

Are you alright?

Do I? I'm sorry I can't say the same.

I've...recovered. A temporary illness brought on by the storm, it seems.

Perhaps you were here at one point and that is why I remember you, but not the other way.

The storm usually does not cause illness, unless I suppose you were out in it and caught a cold or something of that sort.

Such things happen? Interesting...so there's time involved as well as space I presume you already know my name, but I shall introduce myself regardless. I am Koizumi Akako.

No, nothing like a cold. What's normal for others is not normal for me--far from it.

Yes, they do every so often. Ah. Yes, now I remember you.

Oh?

It's not something I speak about to men whose names I don't know.

Indeed. Not for long, but you made something of an impression.

Atem. I am asking because the island has some... Strange effects that are often unpleasant, and it is only fair to warn you of such.

Naturally.

I've noticed one or two "strange effects", if you would call Kuroba-kun's pranks effects of the island.

Or do you mean something else, Atem-san?

...Those effects are particularly annoying. But they are different from what I mean.

I remember from your last arrival here that you are a magic-user.

You call them "particularly annoying", I call them "Kuroba-kun got bored in class again".

[locked] ... what version of me would think it safe to tell near-strangers about my powers? I am. Do you mean to say that the island can affect my abilities?

That aside, I would request that you not spread that information around. Magic is feared in a number of worlds, and misunderstood in many others.

This latest... Happening, is not as annoying as the others I was thinking of. Simply the most recent.

[locked]Yes. It can cause unpleasant effects when magic is overused.

Alright. I would advise you not to worry, however. There are many magic-users here and most of the people here are used to it by now.

I see.

[locked] Oh? That might explain my illness, then. I tend to use small spells constantly.

Thank you.

There are people from my world here...who do not know. And I cannot allow that to change.

Yes. Usually it is best to conserve your magic for necessary occasions, or at least tone down your usage. It affects all of us differently; some can use more than others, and there are different effects.

Ah, I see.

I appreciate the information; I will try to reduce my usage.
