The talented and creative folks over at DeviantArt invite truebies everywhere to submit the fan-made posters or promos for the fifth season of HBO’s original series True Blood. Fans may also enter a cover design for the upcoming Sookie Stackhouse/Southern Vampire Mysteries novel Deadlocked. Through 10 June 2012 (the day Season 5 premieres in the U.S.), truebies and bookies can submit True Blood fan art created since December 2011 to the TRUE BLOOD Season 5 Poster/Promo/Cover Contest at: I-love-true-blood.deviantart.com
Entries in all mediums (other than icons, stamps gifs and stock) are welcome as long as they fall into one of these three categories:
- Poster (portrait shaped) or Promo (landscaped shaped or wallpaper) for the upcoming Season 5 of True Blood.
- Alternate book cover for Deadlocked the penultimate Sookie Stackhouse/Southern Vampire Mysteries novel by Charlaine Harris.
- An ad for Merlotte’s, Fangtasia, the AVL, the Fellowship of the Sun, Bon Temps Tourism or Tru: Blood Synthetic Blood Beverage. A Pro/Anti V PSA (Public Service Announcement) can also be entered in this category.
Stock images are available (as long as they are properly credited) and you don’t have to be a member of DeviantArt in participate in the contest. Entries are limited to eight (8) per person.
