Thirty-three. A long, hot summer to come.

"Dangerous Parking", the film I'm set to make this summer with Guy Pearce, is finally announced, with principal filming to begin this summer in London and Morocco.

Back to London. Those three words sometimes sound like 'coming home' to me. It's like my inner compass just had its needle find true north. I really believe in this film; it soothes a lot of heartbreak over some other disappointments that it's going forward.

In other news, "Standing Still" finally has been sneak-previewed to test audiences, I'm told, and with favorable reaction; we're finally out of post-production there and things are moving, or so I'm told. Amazing. I was starting to think it was going to get stuck in that place we all know, Distribution Hell, forever. Now I'm more optimistic that more good is going to come out of it other than time spent with James and Colin and the others in the cast. (Hi, guys. It's not dead! Yet.)

"Edmond" has had its stressful moments, but is worth it. Really, professionally, I can't complain right now.

Today is the day of dinky, pointless updates.
