Salmon Crackers

Ingredients:
  • Smoked Salmon
  • Fresh Dill
  • Fresh Chives
  • Cream Cheese
  • Triscuit Crackers
  • Fresh Black Pepper (Ground)

Flake the smoked salmon into small pieces and put on plate.  Chop the dill and chives and place beside the salmon.  Scoop cream cheese into cup and set with the other ingredients.

To assemble, spread cream cheese on triscuit crackers.  Top with salmon, dill, chives and fresh black better.  Takes less than 10 minutes to make and once you buy the ingredients, they make A LOT of salmon crackers.  Great for potlucks, just assemble right before everyone is ready to eat.
