I'm trying to NOT think about things while I wait around on tenterhooks, so I listen to music to distract myself.

This was originally passed along to me by dark_reaction, and it's more like they smooshed Telephone and Bad Romance together. It's really nicely poppy and danceable.
Pomplamoose - Telephone
Pomplamoose does twee really, really well. If you like that cute, stripped-down indie pop sound.
As An Aquarius - Telephone (feat. Bryan Zimmerman of Sky Eats Airplane)
I found this through Idolator, where they describe it much better than I can, this is sort of, I guess you could call it the rock/screamo variant. It's by far my favorite version here save for the original:
