I actually think A Rose stands on its own, so this isn't a direct sequel. Just a revisit for my own enjoyment. :D

OKAY, SO! This is, in a word, AMAZING. I think "A Rose" is my favorite fic in the fandom and stands beautifully on its own, but this makes SUCH a fantastic follow up. The incredible care that they show for each other and the sensuality that is still so MALE are both completely awesome and totally THEM.

I love the careful way you use phrasing and your INCREDIBLE sense of humor and timing. Timing is the HARDEST part about any kind of comedy and you, my dear, NAIL IT.

I love that Sam wants to talk and it's all about the sex and the way sex is with Dean, but it is all SO MUCH MORE.

Just.

Okay, you have become my new God for several reasons. First and foremost, this is Sam/Dean with the most perfect touches of smut and humor that makes me love fics in the fandom so. Secondly, I'm Cake obsessed at the moment. Not with edible cake, though I do love that too, but with the AI6 fangirl syndrome that goes by the idiom of Cake and I'll not go into too much detail about all that 'cause I embarrass myself and it's a whole other fandom so who cares. Anywho, CAKE! Oh my GOD you should get an award for your use of it in this fic. I mean, damn! You took one of the world's best desserts and made it infinitely more tempting and decadent and rich and desirable. Oh, to be that cake!
