OK SO I NEVER SAID THIS WOULD BE GOOD. I'M NOT A WRITER. I DESERVE A MEDAL OR SOMETHING....

Sammypus's tentacles were flailing wildly through the water in his panic. One of them was stuck under a ginormous rock that had fallen and he couldn't move, effectively trapped. He wrestled in vain and after several hours he felt weak from his struggles. He started watching the fish swim by thinking 'this is it. this is the end for me.' or whatever the many tentacled swamp creature equivalent is, when out from no wear came Deanigator to his rescue! 'SAMMYPUS I WAS SO AFRAID I'D LOST YOU, I'VE BEEN LOOKING EVERYWHERE' he emoted. Dean quickly removed the heavy rock and began inspecting his many tentacled lover. 'Are you hurt?' he inquired. Sammypus was fine but felt horrible for worrying his mate when he saw the crocodile tears in Deanigator's eyes. He had thought he was a goner, but he should have known his beloved would come for him.

Sammypus wrapped his uninjured tentacles around Deanigator and they made their way back to their little corner of the swamp. Once there, they made sweet and gentle swamp love all night long until Sammypus inked all over Deanigator's bellyscales. As he fell asleep, Sammypus couldn't help but be thankful for his scaley lover and thought not for the first time that their love may be unconventional but it is so very true.
