Memory One: Video

[The PCD clicks on, and for the first few moments it seems to be only showing a black screen, while the sound of violin music floats through the speakers. The screen focuses more and little white specks can been seen. After a minute a slight silhouette twirls on screen in rhythm to the music, only acknowledging the device as his hip crashes into it

You're really good at playing that-! Uh, ukulele?

[ He'll point to the Violin clearly in Momiji's hands, thoroughly impressed. He lacked the ability to play most instruments because of a lack of control with his strength. To say the least he was stuck with a recorder all throughout middle school for a reason. ]

[Momiji stares, trying to keep a straight face]

Uh... Th-thankssss[he bursts out into laughter]

Ukulele? [he gets out inbetween chuckles] Uh. No... No not a Ukulele.

[He smiles] It's a violin.

Oh. [ Be scratches the back of his head, feeling like he was in class again getting singled out for not being able to read the kanji from his text books. ]

W-well I knew that! I was just trying to trick you!

... [He stares at him unblinking or a couple of seconds]

[Then he bursts into laughter again] Oh! Really?! You totally got me! I thought for sure~!

[ Rin just grumbles. ]

Where did you learn to play like that anyways?

Ah! [He smiles] Well for the past year I've been teaching myself new things! That's kinda been hard, but you know, if you don't have a tutor-- [he stops mid sentence]

Wait. Lemme explain. I used to have a teacher, but then my little sister wanted to learn, so I had to stop seeing him, yah know? [most detail oriented explanation ever.]

[ That was a lot of information at once. ]

Uh, sure. So you were taking lessons?

[ video ]

[Momiji can't do moderation]

Yupyup. I took lessons for a couple years. He was the best of the best! [he throws his arms in the air] I really learned a lot from the guy.

But... then my sister wanted to learn how to play the violin, so I had to stop seeing him. Otherwise we might bump into each other. [as if that made to normal people]

[ Alright this line of conversation he can keep track of. ]

Why don't you want to see your sister?

[He shifts a little bit]

Well... no. I'd love to see my sister. I mean, that would be a dream. We could even play the violin together...

It's just... a family complication. Father doesn't want me seeing them. [Not said with any sort of anger, just matter-of-factly.]

Just go and see her.

[he blinks slowly]

uhm. Well...

[he shakes his head, and with it the depressions] Well, it's not like I can really do that here, right?

...Oh that's right. Well. When you go back, then go see her!

Or maybe she'll come here!

Actually, I rather she didn't come here. [he chuckles lightly]

Anyway... Father doesn't want me to see her or mother... so I can't really... uh... [he shrugs]

So you're going to live in the dark cause they don't want you around? You ain't dead and them saying you're not welcome doesn't mean you can't do something.

You're sad too right? You should see someone while you still can.

Well... It isn't exactly that simple... Mom might have a relapse, and...

I mean, maybe later, there might be a possibility, but...
