Paranormal & UFOs: Discuss

I'm currently reading a very intriguing book titled "Three Men Seeking Monsters" by Nick Redfern. Unsurprisingly, it's about three men looking for monsters.. including Werewolves, Witches, Lake Monsters, Gargoyles and many more creepy creatures.
Me and my wiccan friend were in the spiritual section of a book store trying to find me a good beginner's guide to Paganism, and while we were there, the monster book also caught my eye.

Usually I'm very reserved about buying books... but with this one it was like I just knew I would have it. I don't think I even read the blurb on the back, I just bought it with my other purchases (The Wicca Bible by Ann-Marie Gallagher, and The Spell Bible by the same author for my friend.) - weirdly enough when I got it home and started reading I found out that two of the aforementioned three men actually live in Exeter, the city I was in at that moment, just half an hour away from my town.

But rambling aside, I have always been hopeful but somewhat skeptical on creatures of lore. Ghosts, sure... I believe in them 100%... Witches, heh, I've met a few... UFOs, frankly anyone who is arrogant enough to believe we are the only life in such a vast universe should not be taken seriously be any means...

But as for Werewolves and Giant Ape Men? Loch Ness Monster?
Nahhhh....

But this book is starting to make me question that.
I've gone on youtube and been watching videos of UFO sightings and supposed weird creatures for most of the evening and the comments section really depressed me. 50% raving nutters and 50% idiots screaming FAKKKKEE.

So my question, dear readers... what do YOU believe, if anything?
Where is it that you draw the line between what you consider likely and what couldn't possibly be true in a month of sundays?

All comments and opinions are welcome, and although I'd rather it didn't descend into a wankfest, feel free to debate amongst yourselves later cause I've got an early night tonight. :)

pay attention to me now, a witch's blog, talk amongst yourselves, srs bzns, think for one fucking second, mass debating
