They won't write novels about those kind of nights, and maybe that's the point. Maybe that's why we will remember it so vividly, because it belonged to us and us alone.
Because it was just college graduates sitting in a bar talking about the things to come, about how we want to change (save?) the world, about how we genuinely do believe in the good in people, and that, that is the most important part of humanity, after all: believing that there is still good in people.
There were no dramatic revelations. The world didn't come to a halt. I don't think anyone really noticed we were there to begin with.
And maybe that's the point. They didn't know, but we did. We remembered the night we talked about changing the world.
