how do you deal with loss? are you like me? do you try to forget it as soon as it happens?
do you try to shrug it off too and pretend that it can be replaced?
---
do you tell people about it?
what do they say?
do they ask you questions like...
"you have a back up, right?"
"you know this happens all the time, right?"
"you know you're an idiot, right? you know you could've prevented this?"
they're just trying to help
obvious mistakes should be easy to prevent
you'll know what to do next time.
do you smile and thank them after?
---
would you spend a whole day mourning?
six days?
two weeks?
a month?
a year?
would you cry?
how much tears can you shed over something important to you?
if you can quantify that,
would you know then how much you can love?
and if you can't cry for it at all
what does that mean?
if you cry too much over a lot of things,
does it mean that you have a lot of things that you care for?
or does it just mean that give your love even to things that
doesn't need to be loved?
things that doesn't need to be loved...
are there such things...?
would you try to get it back?
how much are you willing to sacrifice for it?
how much are you allowed to sacrifice for it?
who has the answers?
