*SO. On the heels of that news report speaking of thefts and monster sightings, there's a bit of a double-whammy here.
Namely, there seems to be a Claw Reacher in the shopping district during the evening. It might not be outright attacking of it's own volition, but it seems to be using it's extensible arms to outright pilfer many items from stores, resulting in backlash from owners who attempt to attack, but then just get slapped away by the other arm, before it goes on it's way to the next store, carrying whatever manner of clothes, food, or shiny objects in their hands.
If one watches closely enough, or pays attention though, they'll notice some dark haired, green-eyed man following the monster, seemingly keeping tabs on them, through-out all of this, seemingly doing nothing to stop it.*
