*So, it's Sunday. During the day, that weird store with the folks that look like Samasus is busy as ever-- especially with the addition of extra "employees"-- hey, there's even some customers too. The ticking is prominent from the wall of clocks behind the counter, and every plant looks fresh ( Read more... )

::Why hello, I'm sneaking around outside your store at night because I'm a night-owl and quite possibly trying to break in.::

*Well, luckily for you, there is a back-door to the place, and the lock seems to be simple. It's probably smart to not try to go through the front door since there seems to be movement inside.*

*It's easily sliced through, and the door is free to open.

It's a bit dark inside, and it seems to be a back room of sorts for basic storage of seeds and gardening equipment. Though there's some ticking sounds from clocks back there, too.

You can see a light though in one direction heading towards the front, where you might hear some arguing sounds, and a set of stairs to the side heading downward.*

"--ow much trouble it's going to mean, with them having slipped something like that. It means we're not going to be able to report completely on that area, and it's all because y--"

"YES YES I KNOW, shut up, I can't concentrate if you keep going on and on about how I screwed up by not giving a damn! Hold still you troublesome blue bastard."

*There's minor sounds of struggling, and muffled yelling.*

"Why didn't you go and stop that plant girl from taking him? You should have some access to your given strength, at this point."

"Not all of us are exactly thrilled about the idea of becoming complete monsters like you and this pathetic state of a scout, old man."

"You speak of it like it's an insult that he's granted us something like this."

"Yeah? Don't read too deeply into it and go off into a rant about how generous he is, and how thankful I should be that I'm not burning or something like that, this guy's head is too messed up for me to talk and read at the same time."

*Do you care to take a glance at what's going on?*

::Nope. I'd get caught probably. That doesn't sound fun. I'm going to look at these stairs. Are they creaky?::

Re: [Event] memoryistime February 6 2011, 11:13:35 UTC
*Nah, they seem to be stone stairs. Not creaky at all. There isn't much light though-- what little there is along the walls seems to be very dimmed out.*

*There seem to be quite a few doors leading to other rooms.

... ... one of them has a mass of ticking sounds coming from it.*

*Holy crap that's more clocks than you'll ever see in a clock store.

... ... there. there DOES seem to be a bed or something in there. But it's covered in goddamn clocks, and looks generally unused otherwise.*

*... this one seems to be filled with some. Odd and wide variety of objects. Money, electronics, clothes, random wallets, anything you could imagine with no real rhyme or reason. A lot of it seems to be tossed around too. The bed actually isn't covered, though, and looks like it was used more recently than the other one.*

::Definitely dealing with the Yakuza, but... her heart skips for a moment. She then shakes head and mutters not do something. She closes this door a little less kindly and hits herself on the head, in annoyance. She goes to another door, if there's another.::

*There are, though they seem to vary. Empty rooms, storage rooms. One of them seems to be a weird sort of underground greenhouse and brightly lit to match that.

And then there's a room at the end of the hallway that you can barely make out.*
