*So, Shian's standing outside of a bank-- probably at some time other than the dead of night. Maybe midday? He's wearing a long overcoat and some sunglasses to keep out the brightness, as he looks over the building with mild interest.
His appearance gives a shocking feeling of a certain moody guy, but at the least, his hair isn't spiked up.
Also there seems to be D.D. Crows hanging around said building, and some of the neighboring ones. He should keep track of his monsters, really.
