Phillip Permissions Post!
Alright, we know the drill here. There's a certain facet of Phillip that makes him a touch godmoddy, and while he will refrain from doing so just willy nilly, I need to know who is comfortable with him doing a Look Up on your character. In essence, learning everything there is to know about them provided they exist in a media-based format in his universe logically.
As such, I also want to know who is comfortable with the idea of becoming Kamen Rider Double in place of Shotarou until we get him in January and will be willing to work with Phillip in terms of combat as the Body Half of Double.
