Well, now Yoko understood why people warned newcomers about food and drink in the Nexus. But computers? She really hadn't expected that to happen, but what could be done? At least she could see straight now. And at least she got to keep the nifty little laptop. So in that respect, she had gotten through her first LOL relatively scot-free. No thanks to the guy who had been handing out the gadgets in the first place.
Hence why there is a Yoko camped out at base with a laptop in hand. She's sitting at a low table, tpying happily away. And boy, she's starting to show around the stomach area. She winces slightly and puts a hand on her stomach. "Ow," she hissed. "That was my kidney. Could you stop kicking it, please?" Like the baby could hear her. But it was worth a shot.
Type, type, type. She's looking up baby names. Because isn't that what every mother-to-be does beforehand?
