Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

WARNING: IF YOU HAVEN'T READ HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS YET; DO NOT CLICK ON THE CUT AND READ THIS ENTRY. This contains my feelings about the book and huge huge spoilers, I'm sure.

sadder
  • I'm on the page 554 and I don't think I want to read any more of the book. The one thing, the one thing I didn't want to happen, happened. I seriously feel like crying. I love Snape now more than ever. And I hate Rowling. The last thirty pages were awful to read... my  heart hurts so bad.
  • Snape/Lily-thing and the Dumblesore-Snape-bits? Promptly killed me. I don't want to read such lovely things about Snape right after you've bloody killed him. Have a heart, Rowling. *stabs* Like I said, *clutches heart*
  • Oh, and I hate Voldemort. I hope Ron kills him. (Does he? Damn, maybe I should read the last pages...)
  • Oh again, lol. How creeped out was I by hearing Dumbledore talking about Harry's fate with Severus? He sounded so cold and I can't figure out whether he meant it like that or if he was just playing Snape and trying to affect him.
  • Harry has to die? Double damn, I should really read the end... But SNAPE'S DEAD, I don't care what else happens. *pout* Alright, so I do like Harry a bit. *gets strawberries and chocolate and continues reading.*

I want to submerge in Harry/Snape-fics now and be oblivious to canon. :(

happier
  • I fell in love with Dudley in the beginning of the book when we're back at the Dursleys and Harry and them are about to part ways. Something was twisting in my stomach, in a good way lol, when he was just standing there in front of Harry and defying his father, asking where Harry would be going. Aww, Duddkins. Harry/Dudley ftw. *nod*
  • Kreacher. 'nuff said. Love the thing. And now that we saw him in the Phoenix, I have trouble picturing that creature crying and sobbing, but it made that scene so much more powerful and heart-wrenching. :) And him playing home with Hermione, Ron and Harry? Soo adorable.
  • Ehm... the whole book (alright, I can't say about the tiny bit that I haven't read yet) was such a ride. Wiuh, wauh, wang, bang, camping, bang.  Thrilling, and so much so that it kept me rooted to a spot on our patio for almost twelve hours in a row under a blanket. XD
to be continued. lol. Right now I'm going to mourn for Snapey for a while. :( *uses first icon ever*
