Mission Statement

The purpose of this journal is to catalog random memories which are triggered by unpredictable and seemingly uncontrollable catalysts. These memories are intentionally chosen to be mundane and commonplace, as it is these which require a highly specific catalyst in order to be recalled. Whereas life changing events can be easily recollected at any moment, trivial occurrences are remembered only in certain key intervals. Basically this boils down to a need to feel nostalgic about events that were thought to be long forgotten.

Expect daily updates to turn into weekly updates as this journal slowly tapers off into obscurity.
