addresses needed!
alex, heather, sarah (ssdolly or w/e), canada sarah, tina, aly, kel, hailey, and whoever i've accidentally left out! i need your addresses for christmas cards! i obviously already have some of yours (healther, hailey...) but i just want to play it safe and make sure i have them when i need them!!! i've already made close to 50 christmas cards this year so i want to get on the ball and get them sent out before christmas passes us by and they are of no use because that's happened before and it sucks after i've put so much time and energy, not to mention love! into my christmas cards! so give me your address and i will send one your way, okay? okay!
oh, i've been wondering, cause i might have missed it or something, is tina home from treatment yet or is she still at renfrew? anyone know? if she's still there does anyone know the address so i could send a card to her there?

i'm really excited because my physical therapist and i were talking on friday about different holiday charities and things and she told me that she had a lot of clothes and some toys that she wanted to donate but she didn't know where to take them so i told her what i was doing and so if she remembers she is going to bring the stuff in for me! plus my sister has been busy knitting me hats and i've measured and cut fleece to make ten hats, i'm going to get out the sewing machine and start sewing them tonight.
i'm also coming to the end of my christmas shopping. i feel cheap shopping on ebay but for less than $25 i've bought 3 gifts for steve that otherwise would have cost around $45-$50! and we've got a rule that says we can't spend over $100 on each other or buy more than five gifts. he never sticks to the price and i never stick to the number so i guess it all works out in the end! so yeah, on ebay i got him "chicken soup for the golfers soul" which i'm hoping he'll read. he isn't really into novels but enjoys short stories and likes to golf, so...? i got him some gloves because he needs a new pair for the harley, and i also got him a balaclava, which is a hood/hat/ski mask thing which goes over the head, and also covers the nose and ears, which will hopefully keep him warmer on the harley! i still want to get him a sweater, a t-shirt, some warm pj's, some disposable air activated foot warmers to put in his shoes again for riding the harley, some fishing stuff, an earring, and some buckets. i'm going to wrap all of his gifts and put them in buckets because our fun little lovey thing to say to each other is, "i love you buckets, and buckets of muches!" so yeah. that's the plan, stan. so like i said, i feel a bit cheap, but shopping on ebay is allowing me to buy all the things i want to buy, and the quality is still there, as well.
i'm making my parents gift. i can't wait to finish it and take pictures. i might actually take pictures as i macke it, which if i'm going to do i should take some today because i'm almost finish wrapping the glass with wire. yeah, so the gift! a windchime made of broken glass from our garden. you see, my parents house was built sometime in the 50's but the original house was even older than that. the orig sidewalks are still here, actually, but the house burnt down in likfe 49 so they obviously had to rebuild. but my point is that where we have always had the garden is where they used to always have the chickens and i guess before that pigs so they always threw the trash and stuff out there so there is a bunch of glass! some really beautiful glass. some broken china, and tiny medicine bottles with glass droppers in them. we've been picking it up my whole life and collecting it in coffee cans. my parents always said they wanted to do something with it. now i'm going to! i'm making them a windchime! i'm wrapping each piece in gold wire and i bought gold chain and a brass (gold toned) hoop, and yeah, i'm making a windchime! it's going to have complete bottles hanging from three pieces and also a distorted spoon hanging in the middle! it's been a lot of work thus far and i'm maybe halfway done if i'm lucky! but it's fun.
okay, i need to rest. i'm tired.
