With all this talk of private school applications, I might as well do some self-reflection. The only private school I applied to was the University of San Francisco. I've been thinking, should I apply to UPenn and Georgetown as well? They sound like they have amazing nursing programs. But I really don't have the grades, SAT scores, nor the superior writing skills to get in. I don't know if I want to try, it seems impossible. And it seems so late to ask my counselor and teachers for recommendations. But there's this tiny, tiny voice inside of me that says, "go for it." It's weak, but it's definitely there. I don't know.
