After the little shadow stepping trick and nearly giving the pottery stand owner a heart attack by re-throwing the pottery into the air to see the trick again, the vampire noble and "normal" student decided to go on a little shopping exploration. Takuma knew he had an affinity for tea just from craving it from time to time and drinking it with his meals, but now he actually knew why he enjoyed it from it being revealed in his memories.
It had been a pretty week. D scared him into thinking he was going to get attacked, his feelings got hurt, and then he sulked about it. But he was very thankful to Jaime and Tsubasa for hearing him out and helping him. He really appreciated the friends he was making here and hoped to make more. He made a mental notion that he wanted to do something special for the two. Perhaps if they found the mochi ingredients, he'd buy it for Tsubasa as a token of his appreciation. Yeah, that sounded like a great idea.
He smiled over at him. He was curious about what Tsubasa and D spoke about, but he decided not to bog down their whimsical bonding time with that kind of talk.
"Oh! There's the place that sells tea!", he chimed excitedly, linking arms with the smaller boy, and tugged him over.
