Who: Arnold and Nall
What: Arnold's shopping for Christmas-y plants to decorate the garden a little, and Nall's going to ask him about Christmas.
Where: The store area.
When: Just after
this thread.
Notes: Edited due to LJ fail.
Warnings: Nall's been asking about Christmas traditions, including Jesus and all that. So some religious chatter through the views of a weird nine year-old. Other than that, it should be safe.
Arnold hadn't been waiting long for Nall, just leaning against a pole and looking at his opened pocket watch. He frowned for a moment, glancing up at a clock in one of the storefronts. Yup. It was definitely running slow. He clicked the watch shut and started winding it. While he was grateful that he didn't have to worry about buying batteries, he needed to get into the habit of regularly winding it.
Once he was satisfied that it was running on time again, he put it back into his pocket, pulling out a list instead. He had some cash from pulling weeds and such in the gardens. A couple of potted poinsettias would look nice next to the front door of the apartment building. Maybe he should actually plant some holly bushes and just trim them back periodically? Or would that be asking for too much trouble?
He put the list back in his pocket, glancing around the storefronts. He couldn't see a gardening store where he was standing, but that didn't mean one didn't exist.
