Ari Apartments
When the characters appear, they will automatically receive a room in the Ari Apartment and be fed three meals a day, which are prepared by the two cooks (and prep cooks) in service of the kitchens at Ari Apartments. Characters do not have to pay rent if they are staying in one of these apartments.
The Ari apartment suites are single rooms with two beds, two tables, two chairs, and a washroom. There are no kitchens or extra rooms.

Memoria Apartments
Near the lake shore, Memoria is a higher class apartment building set at 3 residence floors, with only 6 rooms per floor making for a much quieter and serene living experience when compared to the chaotic and rather crowded Ari Apartments. There are both stairs and an elevator. The bottom floor has no apartments aside from the manager's and is mainly a communal space.
Coming fully and tastefully furnished, the styles vary from room to room, though all have a classic, tailored feel to them. The rooms are moderately spacious and the apartments themselves have one bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a small but fully functional kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, cooktop, but sorry, no dishwasher). Any other appliances residents may want can be purchased in town, such as toasters, coffee makers, etc. Same for any housing wares that may be needed (pots, pans, dishes, towels, etc.). Each apartment has a window for each of the bedrooms and the living areas have glass sliding doors leading out to private, balconies. The community room features a small library and comfortable seating space. It also has a ping-pong table, a small exercise area to lift weights or do a bit of stretching/aerobics. There is also a small dining set for small gatherings and the room is lined by large windows looking out on a view of the lake. A manager/landlord (NPC) lives on site. Pets and smoking are allowed.
The rent for an apartment here is $1200/month for a 2-bedroom apartment, utilities included. Unlike the Ari Apartments, food is not provided here, so when you rent an apartment here, please make note of the average cost of groceries and/or other supplies for the whole apartment, per week or per month if the purchases are regular (i.e. groceries). Please be reasonable with these estimates, mods will be checking to see if your characters can afford the Memoria apartments!
