Desperate times lead to desperate measures... much to the delight of businessmen.
As either a thoughtful convenience or a cruel joke, there looks to be a new shop set up. Some conniving overly prepared citizen is ready to make a killing. Especially since it seems that the cafeteria only has juice (and consequentially, only drinks made from juice -- apple coffee, anyone?).
The seller seems to be willing to stock upon request... although doubtlessly, requested items will come at a great price.
