I don't have and don't want: breadmakers, juicers, deep fat fryers, egg boilers, melon ballers, sandwich makers, electric woks, griddle pans, jam funnels, egg poachers, margarita glasses, coffee grinders, milk frothers, piping bags, banana stands, tagine dishes, steam cookers, pressure cookers, slow cookers, gravy strainers, sukiyaki stoves, fondue sets
I use regularly: immersion blender/food processor, pastry brushes, cheese knives, full sized salad spinner, cake stands, garlic crushers, tea strainers, pizza stone, fluted pastry wheels, rice cookers, ice cream makers
I use occasionally: meat thermometers, filleting knives
I don't have, but might use if I had: bamboo steamers, conical strainers, spaetzle makers*, cookie presses, double boilers (bains marie)
Other things I use often that aren't on the list: silicon muffin cups, multiple sets of measuring cups, kitchen scales, pizza cutting scissors, old fashioned meat grinder, mortar and pestle, and probably lots more I am not thinking of.
*I sometimes make spaetzle without a maker, so it is reasonable to assume that if I had one I would use it
