Just had brunch with Tugger's parents at
Urbane in the Hyatt downtown at Olive 8. Really good stuff. Perfectly cooked & seasoned rosemary red potatoes. I had an eggs Benedict arrangement that involved Dungeness crab and spinach, and we split a coffee creme brulee afterwards (nice second chance at that, since I'd passed up the same dessert at Assaggio last night in favor of the pear tart). They emphasize local food & sustainability.
Now to email all my students' parents--at least, the ones who registered in time to get onto the list I have. Then a nap, I think.
