I periodically get emails from a local (Seattle area) marketing research company looking for people for paid studies. Thought some of you might be interested too. LJ-cut for your minimal annoyance.
Informa Research Services is conducting several PAID opinion research
studies.
A) Social Networking: We are looking for people age 18 to 24 who use social networking sites.
Please reply to let us know which of the following, if any, you use: Linked In, Facebook, MySpace, BizNik.
B) Beverages: Please let us know which of the following, if any, you have purchased in the past 6 months: Jamba Juice, Orange Julius, Robeks, Tim Horton's.
C) Bilingual: Are you bilingual? Which is the primary language spoken in your home?
D) Cell Shopping: Which of the following locations have you EVER purchased new cell phone service and/or a cell phone:
(1) wireless provider's retail store/website/toll free number (where only sell one brand) and/or (2) another type of place that carries more than one brand (like an electronic retailer, mass merchandiser, mall kiosk, online retailer). Please also let us know how long ago you last purchased cell phone service or cell phone.
E) Parents: We're looking for parents with kids age 5 or younger who live in Burien, Des Moines, Federal Way, Kent, Renton, South Seattle, Sea-Tac or Tukwila.
F) Hispanic/Latino Business Owners:
We are conducting a study regarding the challenges of being an Hispanic/Latino business owner. We are looking to find news ways to help Hispanic/Latino business owners with products and services. All information will be kept confidential. This study will take place on Friday, August 10th (for those of you who already received information about this, the date has been changed). If this is you, please reply with the city your business is located in, the type of business and how long you have been living in the US. You may also call us if you are an Hispanic/Latino business owner or if you have a referral. Please call us between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday-Friday at 206-575-1222. Please let us know you are calling regarding Study 9000.
