Sol's got his thicker wear on anyway, though, mostly because he's too lazy to generate so much magic just to keep himself warm.]

[Ky is usually pretty wrapped up. He has an extra layer under his uniform with this weather, and a hat, and actual gloves. He's only out because he's been at police headquarters most of the day and clearly can't just stay there.]
[It's not snowing too badly right now, so his visibility is good. Therefore he sees Sol, and picks up his pace to catch up with him.]
[Sol hears the pitter-pitter-patter of rushing footsteps over the cobblestone ages away, and tenses as he tends to do, just in case- but when he turns to glance over his shoulder and collar at the owner of the footsteps, he relaxes again, and slows his pace so Ky can catch up.]
You look dorky with that hat. [He teases, but he's grinning. He'd reach an arm around him, but they're still in public after all- so he just leans towards him instead, the warmth of his body reaching out to extend to Ky now as well. It's proof enough that yes- he remembers.]
It keeps my ears warm. [The warmth from Sol leaning towards him is nothing at all compared to the warmth that floods Ky at the symbolic meaning of the action.]
[With a quiet 'tshh', Sol is really tempted to dopeslap it off of him, but refrains for the moment. No good pissing Ky off the minute they've just seen each other again after.. that happened.]
[His face softens, letting the cigarette butt that'd been hanging between his teeth drop into the snow.] Hey yourself. Where you headed?
[Ky wants to wrap his arms around Sol, or perhaps kiss him, but it simply wouldn't be appropriate. They're very much in public at the moment, even if the number of people around is few.]

[Ky's hands go up to adjust his hat, see, focus on the hat, Sol, not the slight pinkening of Ky's cheeks.] You wouldn't want to join me, would you?
Cold as a Yeti's ballsack out here. [Sol mutters, breath coming out in puffs of steam.]
......So, I guess I wouldn't totally mind. [Even if he's trying to hide it, there's a definite smile forming on his lips as he says that, reaching over to knock the hat askew again- he can't help himself.] And I seem to vaguely recall being promised food......?
[Ky nods eagerly, lighting up. He's pleased enough by the words that he only frowns at Sol's cursing and readjusts his hat. It's not doing much good if it's not covering his ears, Sol.]
Oh goodie. [Sol can't help but snicker a little- of course the kid was the sort for lighter fare. Well, he wasn't complaining aloud anyway; free food was free food. Grinning like an ass as Ky fixed his hat again, he stops to let Ky lead the way, even though he had to admit that yeah... he sorta had an idea of where he lived already.]
...Tell me it's at least got meat in it. [Red-blooded as ever, Sol was.]
[It's a cold day, soup is clearly the ideal food.]
Chicken an acceptable meat for you, or would you prefer something heartier?
[Ky leads the way very cheerily, snuggling in his bed with Sol sounds to him like an even better idea than soup for warming him up. (Although he will of course feed Sol first.)]
[Sol looks thoughtful.] Heartier the better. If you think your uh, delicate Parisian sensibilities can handle it. [He snickers, tapping a few fingers over Ky's forehead with a gentle push.]
[Lazily trailing after Ky's lead, Sol stuffs his hands into his pockets, noting Ky's good mood. It was weird at first, he supposed, to so easily agree to going home with the kid; but he was finding it didn't bother him as much yet as he thought it might've. Or maybe should've.]

[Ky blushes as soon as the words come out, he pretty much mostly didn't mean to say them, and he'd very much like to take them back. But he's pretty sure that he can't do that, and that Sol will mock him no matter what he does. As a result Ky is just going to...keep walking and pretend he stands behind what he just said. Sol has an enormous capability to fluster him even when he's behaving himself.]
[Sol quirks an eyebrow and a wide grin that suggests- oh, he can make it worth his while alright.]
[..And if he wasn't only grinning because his mind was now filled with lude thoughts about all the ways he could make it worth Ky's while, than it was indeed because he'd noticed that Ky seemed almost surprised and embarrassed by his own words. Sol lets it go without comment for a few moments, but of course he can't keep his mouth shut on the subject long.]
I can 'persuade' you right on your kitchen counter, if you're that eager.
[Ky squeaks. He'd been hoping (in vain) that Sol would restrict his comments to his facial expression.] S-Sol! [That's not something that's appropriate to be discussing in the semi-public, or for Ky to be thinking about at this point in time.]
[Snickering horribly, Sol runs his tongue along the top of his teeth as he grins back at Ky.] Oi, oi. You started it. boy. [He seems to be in a good mood as he strolls after him with that now increasingly suggestive look, and even if someone did happen to be following after or listening in on him, they were at least being vague enough- hopefully- that it could be explained away.]
