This had not been a good day...
Young had just returned from off-world to find that his wife had fallen out with him for always choosing his military career. And now she'd locked him out.
And Everett stands more or less immediately as his beer is now soaking the front of his uniformed shirt.
"Hey! Watch it!"
(You're going to have to poke and prod a bit to get a fight started. Even drunk, Col. Young is rather mellow.)
