The Enforced Truth or Dare meme
You know how sometimes you get into a good game of Truth or Dare, and then someone demands you change the question and won't do the dare? Or when choosing truth is pointless because they're lying anyway? Or when they just back out of a great dare?
Yeah, not anymore.
The rules of Truth or Dare are the same, but this time if you choose Truth you'll have to answer any question given. Truthfully. Unless you opt out into a dare. Which you'll have to do. Immediately and to the letter of the dare. There's no opting out of a dare once you end up on it! There's no compulsion for worse truths or dares, but once it's clear the results are compulsory...one side of human nature or the other will eventually win out. (Unless of course you're not human! Then it'll be one side or another of ___ nature)

#2 - Tag around and play! (No one Everyone wins in Truth or Dare!)
#3 - Optionally, dares and/or truths might be magical in some way, and allow the person in question to do or know something they wouldn't. Optionally!
