Martha was much better at the whole healing of people. Not the whole hacking them to bits. Still, between staying alive during the Master's year and then her training with UNIT, she was holding her own against the zombies.

At the moment, things were quiet as she slipped from shadow to shadow, machete ready in case she had to hack a creature's head off. She needed rest.

*Martha stops to listen. Something... something was not right. She thought she saw movement... or the glitter of something. Keeping herself as still as possible, she searched again. Nothing. Quietly and as smoothly as possible, she crept down the hallway again, heart thumping loud enough she was sure the monsters, if there were any, would hear.*

*Rick had heard about a vial of serum that'd give people abilities like him and his employees, so he went in search of it. What he didn't know was that as he was looking for it, it found him in a way... or more specifically, Dana.

Someone had gotten to her while he was away and injected her with it. Fortunately, he was on his way home when he found out. Unfortunately, the people who did it had managed to get away. So now he had two things to worry about, 1) whether there was more of that serum or not, and 2) What Dana's ability would be, and how it'd affect her.
