3. Tony should never be allowed to be a dadstarkingenuityJuly 30 2012, 21:50:09 UTC
The third time he cried Tony just rolls over and shoves his head under the pillow. He can't handle it. He is currently devising ways to make it stop, some technology to do the parenting for him, or better yet, something to make the kid disappear all together.
Tony isn't really planning on killing him. Not really.
Not if Steve makes the crying stop before he snaps.
If Tony ever so much as harmed the kid or had some tech do the parenting for him then Steve would have his head on a platter. Take the other man's head clear off with his shield.
Shaking his head he gets up and goes to get the little one, changing them and then sitting with them rocking her.
Why? Why did he come back with her? Why does she exist? Why does he currently exist? He just wants to sleep. It's bad enough when his mind is constantly working him up a storm, when he hardly gets any rest as it is, but that's the price of genius.
This is the price... Of what? Stupidity? A really terribly thought out act of kindness?
Worse than the crying, she smells. She's a constant mess. And his germaphobia is kicking in big time.
"I gave her a room at the other end of the Tower for a reason," he groans. Tony is too much of a baby to take care of one.
