Sparring is usually the only reason Säde gets sweaty in public. Sparring with Julien? Not any different. Not very different at all aside from the difficulty level. But that's the whole point of fighting with another Ace, after all.

Adrenaline and physical exertion means she isn't noticing the other heat in her body yet as she strikes out at him.

There's no love lost between these two. Julien hates her, of course, but in the way he hates so many people...it's impersonal. She's an obstacle, so often. And sometimes she's simply someone to fight with because there's a certain understanding in these things that really only comes from another Ace. From another sharp Ace, that is. And Eileen isn't there yet.

And maybe, the thought slips in the back of his mind, she'd be useful for other types of physical exertion, too.

It's not really a fully-conscious idea, yet, just an echo of a thought. And it's what has him backing her toward a wall, invading her space, enjoying the feel of her hot, sweaty skin on his in a way that has nothing to do with enjoying the fact that he's winning this round.
