[You know, she thought she heard some weird noises in the middle of the night and upon investigating in the morning (because let's be real, Rachel was not going to go see if she was getting robbed, she hid under the covers) she found this guy. Rachel sat on the edge of the bed and shook him gently, followed by a few pokes and some more shaking.]

[Okay. On one hand it's pretty surprising and fairly endearing to see the Doctor crashed out--how rare is that?--on the other...he's kind of all over her bed and she's exhausted.

He probably has a good reason for being there, and she'll ask him about it later...but for now there's enough of the bed open that she can crawl into it anyway. It's not the first time they've ended up sharing a bed, so...really? She's way too tired to wake him up and ask him why he's camped out on her bed. Besides, it's nice to be able to curl up next to him and pass out, anyway.]

[Ok, so the truth was out. When the Doctor did manage to get some sleep on his own, he was a bed hog. Flopped on his stomach and limbs spread out, he was worse than a child. Forget about that pillow, Rose Tyler, because he has a good grip on it and won't be giving it up for the next 2-3 hours either.]

[Very interesting. He must've been pretending most of the other times they ended up in the same bed then! But fine, if he won't let her have a pillow, she'll just improve and use a Time Lord pillow. Either he can sleep through her head and arm slung over a soft looking spot on his back, or he can wake up and move: either way she's getting some sleep.]
